Everything a show needs

Early bird and tiered releases

Reward the fans who buy first with a cheaper early bird, then step up through general and final releases, each with its own price and number of tickets.

Promo codes for the line-up

Give the headliner, support acts and the venue their own codes, so everyone on the bill has a reason to share the show with their followers.

Guest lists

Band plus-ones, crew and media go on the guest list alongside paid tickets, so the door works from one list.

No screenshot tickets at the door

Dynamic QR codes refresh every 60 seconds, so screenshots and forwarded copies don't scan, and each ticket scans once. Door staff use the free Tickify Launch app on iOS or Android.

Your fans' contact list

Export names, emails, ticket types and purchase history whenever you like. The people at this show are the first ones to tell about the next one, and the list stays yours.

Paid to your own bank

Payouts go to your bank through Stripe after the show. Need money up front for a venue deposit or the PA? Early payouts are available on request.

What it costs

Nothing for you. A flat 5% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the fan, with card processing included. No setup, monthly or payout fees, and free shows cost nothing.

How to sell tickets for a concert or gig

  1. 1

    Add up your costs

Venue hire, sound and lighting, artist fees, door staff and promotion. Divide the total by the tickets you can realistically sell to find your break-even price.

  2. 2

    Set your price and releases

Price against similar shows in your city. Open with a small early bird release, then general and final releases, so the price rises as the show fills.

  3. 3

    Build your event page

Line-up, date, venue, doors and set times, and a good photo of the artist. Fans buy on their phones, so keep it short and put the important details first.

  4. 4

Announce with the early bird on sale

Post the announcement with the ticket link, and get the artists, support acts and venue to share the same link with their own promo codes.

  5. 5

Keep promoting right up to the show

Post the line-up, a set-time reveal, and when each release is nearly gone. Sales tend to bunch up around the announcement and in the final days, so plan posts for both.

  6. 6

Scan fans in and get paid

Scan tickets at the door with the free Tickify Launch app, get paid to your bank after the show, and export your list for the next one.
