Tickify Launch is free to download and free to use. Your phone's camera is the scanner, so there's no equipment to hire or buy.

Scanner-only access for door staff
Give door staff access to scan and nothing else. They don't need your organiser login, and they can't see your sales or payouts.
Screenshots don't get in
Tickets use dynamic QR codes that refresh every 60 seconds, so a screenshot or forwarded copy won't scan. Each ticket can only be scanned once.

Sell your tickets on Tickify
Create your event and share your ticket link. Buyers keep their tickets in the Tickify app.

Download Tickify Launch
Install the free app on the phones you'll use at the door, iPhone or Android.

Add your door staff
Give each person scanner-only access, so they can check tickets without your organiser login.

Open the event and scan
Point the camera at each ticket's QR code. A ticket that's already been used, or a screenshot, won't scan.

Check in by name when needed
Search the guest list or a buyer's name to let in someone without a scannable ticket.
What it costs
The app is free, and so is Tickify for organisers: no setup, monthly or payout fees. A flat 5% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the buyer, with card processing included, so on a $25 ticket the buyer pays $26.25 and you receive $25. Free events have no fees at all.
