How the booking fee works
A flat 5% booking fee is added to the ticket price at checkout and paid by the buyer. If you set a ticket at $100, your buyer pays $105 and you receive $100. The fee covers dynamic QR tickets, secure transfer infrastructure, and buyer support.

Secondary market
Resale is capped for your market (10% above face value across most of Australia), and the buyer's all-in price can never exceed it. Every resale at or above face value earns the organiser up to 5% automatically, paid to the organiser, not a scalper.
